Data We Collect

2.1 Registration Data. When you create a dn999 account, we collect: your full name, Pakistan mobile number (MSISDN), date of birth, and a self-selected username and password (stored in hashed form – we never store passwords in plain text).

2.2 KYC Verification Data. For identity verification required on withdrawals above applicable thresholds, dn999 collects a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). This document is processed solely for identity verification and anti-fraud purposes and is not used for marketing or shared with third parties other than licensed KYC verification service providers.

2.3 Financial Transaction Data. Records of all deposits and withdrawal requests, including payment method used (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, USDT TRC20), transaction amounts in PKR, timestamps, and transaction reference numbers. dn999 does not store full card numbers – card data is tokenised by the payment processor and dn999 receives only a masked reference.

2.4 Betting & Gaming Activity Data. All bets placed, casino game rounds initiated, wager amounts, outcomes, bonus activations, and session history associated with your dn999 account. This data is used for account management, dispute resolution, and responsible gaming monitoring.

2.5 Device & Technical Data. IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and connection type (mobile data or Wi-Fi) collected automatically when you access dn999. This data is used for fraud prevention, platform optimisation, and technical support.

2.6 Communications Data. Any messages you send to dn999 support via live chat or email, including the content of those communications, are retained for a period of two years for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

How We Use Your Data

Legal Basis for Processing

4.1 Contract Performance. Processing of registration data, financial transaction data, and betting activity data is necessary for the performance of the contract between dn999 and the User (i.e., the dn999 account agreement and these Terms & Conditions).

4.2 Legal Obligation. KYC data processing and financial record retention are required to meet applicable anti-money-laundering and financial regulatory obligations.

4.3 Legitimate Interests. Device and technical data processing for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and platform improvement is conducted on the basis of dn999's legitimate interests, balanced against the User's privacy rights. dn999 does not process data for direct marketing purposes on this basis without User consent.

4.4 Consent. Marketing communications via SMS or email are sent only to Users who have explicitly consented to receive them. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting support at [email protected].

Data Sharing & Disclosure

5.1 dn999 does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

5.2 Payment Processors. Financial transaction data is shared with licensed payment processing partners (including mobile money operators and card processing networks) solely to the extent necessary to execute deposit and withdrawal transactions. These partners are contractually bound to process data only for the specified purpose.

5.3 KYC Verification Providers. Where applicable, CNIC and identity documents may be shared with licensed KYC verification service providers for the purpose of identity confirmation. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and applicable confidentiality obligations.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

6.1 dn999 uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage) to maintain your login session, remember your platform preferences, and collect anonymous usage analytics that help us improve the platform experience for Pakistani players.

6.2 Session Cookies are temporary cookies deleted when you close your browser. They are used to maintain your authenticated session on dn999 while you are actively using the platform.

6.3 Persistent Cookies remain on your device across browser sessions and are used to remember your language and display preferences on dn999.

6.4 Analytics Cookies collect anonymous, aggregated data about how Users navigate the dn999 platform – which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and which features are used most. This data does not identify individual Users and is used solely for platform improvement.

6.5 You can control cookie behaviour through your browser settings. Disabling session cookies will prevent you from logging in to your dn999 account, as authentication sessions rely on cookie storage. Disabling persistent and analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the platform.

Data Retention

7.1 dn999 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

7.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to an identified individual.

Users transmit data at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials.

8.3 In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to Users' rights and freedoms, dn999 will notify affected Users via their registered mobile number or email address within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, where technically and practically feasible.

If dn999 becomes aware that a User under the age of 18 has registered an account, that account will be immediately closed, any funds will be returned (net of bonus funds) to the original payment method, and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law.

Third-Party Links

11.1 The dn999 platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services, including payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa. When you interact with third-party payment interfaces, their own privacy policies apply to the data they collect. dn999 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers.

11.2 dn999 recommends that Users review the privacy policies of JazzCash, Easypaisa, and any other third-party payment service they use to transact with dn999, to understand how their payment data is handled by those providers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

12.1 dn999 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, data processing practices, or platform features. When material changes are made, dn999 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered Users via their registered Pakistan mobile number (SMS) or email where available.

12.2 Continued use of dn999 following notification of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not accept the changes, you should cease using dn999 and may request closure of your account and deletion of your data (subject to the retention obligations described in Section 7).
