2.3 One Account Per Person. Each User may hold only one registered account on dn999. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact support immediately.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your account details. Providing false information, including a false name, false date of birth, or false contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2.5 Account Approval. dn999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dn999 login credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Any activity conducted through your Account – whether authorised by you or not – is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dn999 support immediately at [email protected].
3.3 dn999 will never contact you to ask for your password, full CNIC number, or OTP via email, SMS, or chat. Any communication claiming to be from dn999 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent.
3.4 dn999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that exhibits suspicious activity, unusual betting patterns, or evidence of unauthorised access, pending investigation.
4.1 Accepted Methods. dn999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the payment section of your Account at the time of transaction.
4.2 Currency. All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dn999 does not charge internal currency conversion fees between your deposit method and your PKR Wallet. Exchange rate risks associated with cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are borne by the User.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. 4.5 Funds Source. By making a deposit, you represent that the funds originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. dn999 cooperates fully with relevant financial investigation authorities where required by applicable law.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. dn999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee of Rs 500 per month to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice via the User's registered email or mobile number.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers extended to dn999 Users are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and time limits. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Winnings generated from bonus play are typically credited as bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirement is fully met, at which point they convert to withdrawable real-money balance.
5.3 dn999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Any bonus granted due to a technical error or system malfunction will be voided.
5.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, exploiting bonus terms, or coordinating bet-hedging strategies across accounts, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus and related winnings, and potential forfeiture of real-money balance pending investigation.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
10.4 dn999's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by dn999 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on dn999, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy.
11.2 dn999 collects and processes personal data including name, CNIC details (where provided for KYC), registered mobile number, device information, and betting transaction history for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
